Refund Policy

SiPhox Health does not offer refunds for subscription periods during which a test kit was already shipped. For customers enrolled in our "Pre-pay and Save" programs, refunds will not be provided once payment is made, regardless of whether all kits in the payment period have been shipped or not.
Returns
SiPhox Health is unable to accept returns of test kits. In the event of a refund or cancellation, you may keep or gift your test kit.
