Refund Policy

SiPhox Health does not offer refunds for subscription periods during which a test kit was already shipped. If you're still waiting for your order to be shipped and want to cancel your entire membership, plus shipment, you can cancel the shipment at any time by emailing us at support@siphoxhealth.com

SiPhox Health does not offer refunds for programs, payment for which is collected monthly at the beginning of the month. In the event of cancellation, you will retain all membership benefits until the end of the month-long period that you have paid for.

Returns

SiPhox Health is unable to accept returns of test kits. In the event of a refund or cancellation, you may keep or dispose of your test kit.

Partial refunds:

When a sample is submitted for laboratory analysis, SiPhox Health makes commercially reasonable efforts to analyze all biomarkers included in the purchased panel. However, due to biological variability, sample quality, transport conditions, or laboratory processing limitations, it is possible that not all biomarkers can be successfully analyzed. In such cases, results may be partially reportable. Depending on the extent and nature of the incomplete analysis, SiPhox Health may, at its discretion, offer a complimentary replacement kit, account credit, or no remediation if the majority of the panel is successfully completed. The determination of whether remediation is provided is based on internal quality thresholds and clinical feasibility, and partial results alone do not automatically qualify for credit or replacement.
