Four core panels are included with your membership: Longevity Essentials , Thyroid Focus , Hormone Focus , and Heart & Metabolic . You can switch between these panels anytime based on your health goals. If you want the most comprehensive view, you can upgrade to Ultimate 360 for an additional $125.

Ultimate 360 is our most comprehensive panel, measuring over 50 biomarkers across cardiovascular, metabolic, hormonal, thyroid, liver, kidney, inflammation, and nutritional health. It's available as an upgrade (+$125) for members who want the fullest picture of their health in a single test.

Join and select your health focus (Longevity, Thyroid, Hormone, or Heart & Metabolic) Receive your kit in 3-5 days In the US: Collect a small blood sample from your upper arm in 5 minutes - no needles, no lab visits In Canada: Collect your sample with a fingerstick. Ship it back (same-day pickup) for processing at a CLIA-certified lab Get your results in 5-7 days with personalized insights and recommendations (additional 5-7 business days required for Canadian customers)

Q: Do I need a doctor's referral?

No. SiPhox Health tests are available directly to you without a doctor's referral or prescription.

Q: Which biomarkers do you test?

Our panels cover cardiovascular, metabolic, hormonal, thyroid, liver, kidney, inflammation, and nutritional health, depending on which panel you choose. Q: How accurate are these tests?

We exclusively work with CLIA/CAP accredited labs that perform extensive validation on each assay to meet federal CLIA requirements. All our tests have a 95%-99% correlation coefficient when compared with standard venous blood draw results. We independently perform in house testing against Labcorp and Quest on a quarterly basis to monitor and ensure our lab partners are meeting these standards.
